POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

No Walk-In Appointments: We do not accept walk-in appointments. Please call ahead to make an appointment. 
 
Client Guests:  We will not allow client guests to wait for clients in the waiting area or in session rooms. In the event the guest is a legal guardian of the client an exception is made. 
 
Pre-Session Screening: You will receive a health screening questionnaire prior to every appointment. If you are unwell, please stay home. Don't stress, we will reschedule your appointment.

 

Arrival Procedure: Please text message us at 587-335-0363 when you arrive. Please wait in your car. We will notify you when we are ready for you to come in. 

You must sanitize your hands upon entering, and/or wash your hands before your massage. 
 

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Hey! I get it, Life happens.  When you cancel on short notice, you are taking away from someone else who could benefit from my care. Please let me know as soon as possible that you can't make it to your scheduled session. 

  • Cancel/Reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hrs notice: no charge

  • Cancel/Reschedule/No Show/No Notice: With less then 24hrs notice, you will be charged the full price of session booked.

  • If you are late for your scheduled session, you will receive the remaining time you were  scheduled for.  You will be charged for the full time slot booked. Arrive early so that your session can start on time.

  • Due to recent events with COVID 19 if you arrive at your appointment showing signs of ANY illness, you will be sent home and charged for the appointment. Please call us the moment you show signs of any illness to avoid any charges. If you are unwell the day of your appointment, please message us and we will reschedule, no charge.
